Terms and Conditions

Heel Yea LLC products are fabricated to and intended to fit new, unused shoes. Wear to the sole or heel of the shoe may cause a loose or ill fit.

This product must be inspected before each use to ensure proper fit and retention. It is the full responsibility of the consumer to verify proper fit and retention prior to use and prior to operating any motorized vehicle. User is to discontinue use if the appliance appears loose or ill fitting. Do not attempt to install or uninstall the appliance while driving.

It is not recommended to store Heel Yea LLC products in temperatures exceeding 130 degrees Fahrenheit or in direct sunlight.

Disclaimers

Heel Yea LLC products may dislodge while in use during operation of motor vehicles resulting in possible risk of injury, property damage and other dangers, including death. Purchasers, users and participants assume all risk of injury or damages.

By purchasing any Heel Yea LLC product, I release from liability and waive my right to sue Heel Yea LLC, their employees, volunteers and agents (collectively “Heel Yea LLC”) from any and all claims, including claims of Heel Yea LLC’s negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or any events incidental to or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my purchasing and use of any Heel Yea LLC products.

Heel Yea LLC cannot and will not be held liable for the misuse or unauthorized and improper use of Heel Yea LLC products. Anyone under the age of 18 may use the products only under full supervision, care or authorization of their parent or guardian.

To the full extent permissible by law, Heel Yea LLC will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of Heel Yea LLC products, or from any information, content, materials made available to you through Heel Yea LLC, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive and consequential damages, or any loss of income, profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses unless otherwise specified in writing.

All information on this site is provided in good faith, however, Heel Yea LLC makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the site.
